Room rentals in Star Beach Pattaya

Since Star Beach is not a 'Condotel' anymore, Star Beach Juristic Person can not rent rooms in the building.
However, usually there are co-owners who offer their rooms for rent while they are out of the city
(like here for example: Rooms for rent in Star Beach Pattaya).
